Was Beyonce really giving Jay Z hand action in this photo?

What was Beyonce doing to hubby, Jay-Z in this photo seen below?

An image of Beyonce's hand placed underneath the table with her husband, Jay-Z seated next to her, is currently generating an internet buzz with Paparazzi claiming she was giving her husband hand action at a public function.

While it is not supposed to be anybody's business what the legally married couple were doing or not doing depending on which side of the argument you choose to be, Paparazzi at the 2015 Met Gala claim they saw the former Destiny Child member give 'hand action' underneath the table to her rapper-tainer husband, Jay Z.

 

On the surface, it looks like an innoncent act - a wife loving wife simply placing her hand on her husband crotch area ro what do you see?
