Drunk Woman Attacked by Tiger After Sneaking into the Zoo on Halloween Night

 

A drunk woman got more than she bargained for after she was nearly killed by a tiger. The woman had sneaked into the zoo to pet and stroke the big cat during Halloween night out, police revealed.

 

Jacqueline Eide suffered severe injuries and may lose her fingers after she reached into the creature’s cage. The 33-year-old reveller was rushed to hospital by a pal following the incident involving the tiger named Mai.

 

Eide is facing criminal trespass charges in Omaha, US.

 

 

Police were called to the hospital where she was taken for treatment after Eide was aggressive to hospital staff trying to help her as the Zoo's management vowed to step up security following the incident.

 

A spokesman said: "We will continue to keep security a top priority for Zoo guests and animals."
