Husband Forced To Trek To The Hospital Carrying Sick Wife As Lockdown Leads To Scarcity Of Public Transportation

Lack of transportation occasioned by the lockdown in Rivers State forces husband to carry his sick wife and trek to the hospital.

A Good Samaritan who saw a husband carrying his sick wife as he trekked the long distance to the hospital due to the lockdown in the state was moved to help transport the couple to the hospital.

Due to the lockdown, there were no cars on the road and the husband had no choice but to carry his weak wife while trekking.

The Good Samaritan said the outcome might have been fatal if she had not come along to help them get to the hospital.
