Wandering Cow Spotted On 3rd Mainland Bridge (Video)

There was outrage as a cow was seen wandering on the third mainland bridge, Lagos state last night, Wednesday, July 28.

The cow was seen running while motorists were plying the road. A commuter who was on the bridge recorded the cow running and shared the video online.
