Former Governor of Anambra, Chukwuemeka Ezeife has claimed that some people outside the South East are responsible for the killings and violence enveloping the state.
He spoke during an interview with Arise TV.
Recall that Anambra has been in the news for the past weeks due to the November 6 governorship election and the killings and violence perpetrated by unknown gunmen in the state and the South-East in general.
The former governor called on Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo state and his Ebonyi counterpart, David Umahi, to allow peace to reign in Anambra.
Ezeife commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for insisting that it will transmit election results electronically, saying that the e-transmission of results will stop rigging and other election fraud.
