Some suspected Boko Haram members who were nabbed in a foiled terrorist operation in the neighbouring country are currently being interrogated by security operatives.
The arrested suspects
According to reports, these suspected Boko Haram terrorists were arrested by a special unit of the Cameroonian army.
The suspects who were blindfolded and transferred to the army headquarters in Yaounde (Capital of Cameroon) for interrogation were reportedly arrested after a failed attempt to render havoc. The cloth of one of them was torn by security operatives to serve as a blindfold for their colleagues.
Rumours have it that the suspected terrorists could be drilled by the army to retrieve valid intelligence about the activities of the sect that have been on rampage since 2009.
