A man has been caught on CCTV stealing outdoor light lamp holders.

A footage of the incident has been shared online.

The man could be seen walking into a neighborhood, and swiftly began pulling out the outdoor light lamp holders from the fence of a building.

The man looked like a scavenger who was out to pick up condemned materials which he would sell.

He decided to include the lamp holders on his list.
