The shocking footage, which appears to have been recorded by the man's oral hygienist, shows him opening his mouth to reveal something truly disgusting.
The footage reveals something more disgusting as his mouth appears to be coated in thick, black slime which almost seems to be moving.
It is not exactly clear what is in his mouth, but it looks like an infection. Some even suggest the moving mass was a wriggling bunch of maggots.
