Rivers state women came out in their numbers on Wednesday, March 15, to protest at the Independent National Electoral Commission office in Port Harcourt, Rivers State over the outcome of Saturday, February 25 Presidential and National Assembly election.
The aggrieved women wore black and carried placards with inscriptions conveying their grievances.
The women carried different placards with different inscriptions such as ''Mahmood Yakubu, resist Wike's blackmail against you'', "INEC Rivers State is not for sale," "INEC, don't alter our votes," and "INEC do the right thing for once," amongst others.
