Mentally Challenged Man Spotted Eating Ritual Sacrifice Placed At A Polling Unit In Ajah (Video)

A video has captured the moment a mentally challenged man was feasting on a ritual sacrifice placed overnight at a polling unit.

The sacrifice was placed at the polling unit to allegedly scare voters from participating in the state governorship and state assembly polls.

This happened around Graceland Estate in  Ajah.
