Demands for the immediate release of Nnamdi Kanu has been dashed by the Supreme Court again.
The Supreme Court has dashed any hope for the immediate release of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.
This is as the apex court on Thursday adjourned hearing in the suit filed Kanu to Sept. 14.
This was revealed by Kanu's lawyer on Twitter.
Aloy Ejimakor wrote:
Sadly, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case before the Supreme Court has again been adjourned to 14th September, 2023.
As unacceptable and legally injurious as this is, we have no other choice than to live with this sad development until then.
