Businesswoman Reveals What Happened After N20 Million Was Mistakenly Transferred to Her Account

 

A businesswoman has revealed what she did after N20million was mistakenly credited to her account by company.

 

According to her, she had no business with the company and was shocked to get the N20million alert.

 

She explained that she was shocked when the huge sum came into her account so she went to the bank to ask for a bank statement.

 

When she explained what had happened, she said the bank refused to give her the details of the company that made the transfer, instead they asked her to fill a form so the bank would reverse the transfer.

 

She explained that she did not trust the bank to do the right thing, so she travelled from Ilorin to Lagos to visit the company.

 

Despite several hurdles, she devised a means to get into the company's office building and she was introduced to the accountant.

 

She said that when she narrated everything to the accountant, he was shocked as he had no idea that a mistake had been made.

 

Eventually, the N20 million was returned to the company and she was rewarded with N500,000.
