Popular Nigerian business mogul, Obi Cubana, and the ace Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, were among the guests who attended the burial ceremony of Amos Nnaji, the father to Chukwudi Nnaji, the CEO of Rowe Oil.
The burial ceremony began last Friday with a service of songs.
The event, which was held at Awkunanaw in Enugu South LGA, witnessed the attendance of an array of dignitaries from different works of life.
Among the personalities present at the event include Jim Nwobodo, former governor of Anambra state; Ken Nnamani, the former senate president; and Uche Nnaji, minister of innovation, science and technology.
Also in attendance were Christian Ugwu, the Nigerian ambassador to Poland; and Kelvin Chukwu, senator representing Enugu East senatorial zone.
Kola Boy, the musician, thrilled the guests with a sterling performance of some of his hit songs.
At the event, Nnaji expressed gratitude to the guests. He also appreciated God for the success of the burial ceremony.
The family held a Thanksgiving service on Sunday at the St. John’s Methodist Church in Awkunanaw.
The burial ceremony — including condolences and other activities — continued on Wednesday.
