A Nigerian food vendor has sparked reactions online after she posted a banner of the image of a lady in front of her shop for buying food on credit.
The banner, which displays the young woman’s photo, states that she is banned from buying food on credit from her shop due to a debt of N2500.
“Banned from buying food here on credit. N2500 debt. If seen, please report,” the message on the banner read.
The vendor’s drastic move to publicly shame the alleged debtor has sparked waves of discussion on social media.
