They Are Now Married With 3 Kids - Nigerian Man Marks 8 Years Since He Sent His Best Friend To Test His Girlfriend's Loyalty

A Nigerian man, Usman Zannah, has celebrated eight years since his best friend, Aliyu, married his ex-girlfriend.

According to Usman, in 2017, he sent Aliyu to test his then girlfriend's loyalty to him but they both ended up getting married. 

“Today has marked exactly 2years since I sent my best friend Aliyu to go and try to date my girlfriend to test and confirm if she can accept any other man over me. They are now married with 1 child,” he tweeted in 2019. 

Reposting the tweet on Thursday, October 23, 2025, he revealed that the couple now have three children. 

“3 kids now and counting,” he wrote.
