During a recent interaction with his kids, one of Ayefele's children innocently asked why their father couldn’t walk, sparking a touching and emotional exchange between them.

With his usual calm and gentle demeanor, Ayefele explained that he had been involved in a life-changing accident on December 12, 1997, which affected his mobility permanently.

Despite this tragic turn of events, Ayefele has since risen to become one of Nigeria’s most celebrated gospel singers, inspiring countless fans with his music and resilience.

Though he has never regained the use of his legs since his accident, Ayefele’s story has become popular for being a powerful testament to perseverance and faith.
