A heartless couple murdered a woman by strangling her to death after invading her house to steal illicit drugs hidden in her v*gina.

A couple who were addicted to drugs brutally murdered a mum-of-one to death before stealing a drugs-stuffed Kinder Egg case hidden in her v*gina.

According to police information, Roxanne Deacon, 26, and her boyfriend Kial Ahmed, 34, murdered Nadia Jones during a bungled robbery for just £85 and then desecrated her body looking for drugs.

A court heard Deacon and Ahmed arrived at the home of Nadia in Tremorfa, Cardiff, just before midnight.

Nadia was known to deal drugs and had sold some to Deacon previously after they spent time in prison together.

The court heard Nadia had kept class A drugs in the Kinder Egg case "secreted" in her v*gina. The sick couple took it and fled after killing her.

Nadia's mother Diane Catty told the court: "It's extremely unfair. Nobody should have taken Nadia away from us.

"Nadia didn't deserve to die like this. There will never be closure because it will have an effect on us for the rest of our lives."

Following the sentencing, Nadia's daughter Miss Driscoll said: "We would just like to thank South Wales police, family liaison officers and Victim Support officers for all the hard work they have put in over the last nine months, they have worked really hard and today it has finally paid off.

"We would also like to thank our family and friends for the continuous support they have given every step of the way.

"No sentence is long enough as when they are released they will be back out.

"Ours is a life sentence as Nadia will never be back with us we will always have our memories to treasure but there where so many more that we should had made."

Ahmed, of Trowbridge, Cardiff, pleaded guilty to murder and robbery.

Deacon, of Grangetown, Cardiff, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and robbery.

The sick pair have now been jailed for more than 30 years after they beat the tragic 38-year-old around the body and face - causing her 17 different injuries.
