Anthony Joshua is using an unusual stretching machine to prepare for his expected heavyweight fight with Tyson Fury.
The two-time heavyweight champion shared a video of himself doing the workout at his training gym in Dubai.
Joshua was strapped to a modern Pravilo machine that stretched his arms and legs into a starfish position before rotating his body.
British media outlets called the unusual workout torture training because of the painful-looking positions Joshua went through.
Joshua captioned the video saying when the instructor says relax and breathe.
The Pravilo is a stretching and conditioning machine tied to Slavic and Russian training traditions.
The 36-year-old's workout comes as he prepares for the expected fight against British heavyweight Tyson Fury.
The proposed bout is expected to happen at Cardiff's Principality Stadium in December after plans for the fight in New York were reportedly changed.
Joshua has fought twice in Cardiff before, defeating Carlos Takam in 2017 and Joseph Parker in 2018.
The proposed Fury fight would put two of Britain's biggest heavyweight boxers against each other for the first time.
