Bayern Munich has been keen on acquiring the services of Manchester United's winger, Angel Di Maria and are proposing a desperate swap deal involving Thomas Muller and Arjen Robben for the Argentine star.

As football club sides brace up for a new season, several club managements have been moving to strengthen their teams. The Bundesliga giants, Bayern Munich seem to be desperate about hiring former Real Madrid winger, Angel Di Maria who now plays for Manchester United in England.

German Newspaper, Bild has revealed Bayern Munich Coach Pep Guardiola is ready to part with the services of Thomas Muller and Arjen Robben in a swap deal to get the 27-year-old Di Maria to the Allianz Arena. The club is ready to top the offer with cash to spice up Manchester United's interest.

Robben, who worked with Louis van Gaal in the Netherlands national team at the last World Cup tournament, was linked with a switch to Old Trafford after the competition, but decided to stay in Munich.
