Last night Teairra Mari appeared to have had TOO MUCH TO DRINK . . . or something. Cause a video is circulating, showing her PASSED OUT, lying with her legs spread WIDE OPEN. The person who took the cellphone footage got video of her lying there - and got close up shots of her private area.

The tape is being called a "sextape", but given that Teairra is UNCONSCIOUS, we can't agree.

Teairra is da homie, and we've known her since FOREVER. But she really needs to get HELP. Cause there is NO EXCUSE for her being laid out in the club like that . . . ."
