Former Military head of state, Ibrahim Babangida was pictured rocking his Agbada with a canvass shoe to the Council of State meeting yesterday October 21st.
This is very funny considering the fact that the trend of such a fashion combination is only common among Nigerian celebrities who only wear it in music videos.
