Accidentally Trailer Falls on Another Trailer on Lagos Road (Photos)

 

If not for another stroke of luck, residents of Ijora area of Lagos would have woken up to another heavy gridlock as a result of trailer falling on the road.

 

 

Trailer falling along our major roads in Lagos has become a regular occurrence because the operators and owners of these trailers have failed to follow government order to operate late at night.

 

The government agencies whose job it is to monitor movement of such heavy duty vehicles have failed in their responsibilities as well, as many are accused of collecting bribes and leaving the truck operators do what they like.

 

 

More so, the bad roads are not helping matters as it contributes in bringing more problems for motorists. This development is worrisome as lives will continue to be lost if government do not rise up to its responsibilities.
