Following a stressful day during which more officials from the football's governing body were arrested, the Cameroonian, Issa Hayatou who is the embattled forrmer FIFA president, Sepp Blatter's temporary replacement slept off during a press conference.
It would surprise few people if those involved with FIFA have been enduring sleepless nights of late, particularly after the latest round of arrests in Zurich on Thursday.
The 69-year old's action was pictured on camera and subsequently hit the headlines.
