The man in question and Santa Claus

An adult decided to enjoy the feeling of being with Santa Claus so he paid him an unusual visit. The man in questioned is rumoured to be from Ibadan which may be part of the joke.

Being frank, the circumstances behind the rare picture can't be confirmed but it is really strange considering the facts that only kids conventionally visit Santa across the world.
