Goodluck Jonathan Full of Smiles as He Delivers Speech at U.S Presidential Precinct (Photos)

 

As part of its mission to promote democracy globally, the Presidential Precinct convenes leaders from many different backgrounds, religions, and political systems to the United States. 

 

Former Nigerian President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was pictured at the U.S Presidential Precinct giving lectures about democracy. He hopes to continue serving Nigeria and Africa by establishing institutions that can effect meaningful change.
