Spanish football manager, Rafa Benitez, is on his way to Real Madrid ahead of signing his contract as the new manager of the La Liga giants.
On Sunday, May 31, Real vice-president Eduardo Fernandez de Blas dropped the hint that Benitez will be confirmed as the club's new head coach in the coming days.
Benitez oversaw his final match in charge of Napoli as they lost 4-2 against Lazio last weekend to finish fifth in the Serie A table.
Benitez said: "I am ready, I can't wait to be there."
AS reports reveals that the former Liverpool manager has left his home in Naples, the Marina di Castelo hotel, and is bound for the Spanish capital.
