Amazing! See As This Model Wearing Only a Bikini Performs Gymnastics Right Inside the Sea (Photos)

As aqua aerobics go, this is about as extreme as it gets.

These incredible photographs show bikini-clad model Kathryn Brown pumping iron in a rather unique underwater gym.

In the snaps, she's seen going for the gains as she lifts weights and rocks and performs lunging exercises beneath the surface of a crystal clear lagoon in Hawaii.

She was even joined by her adorable pet dog as she heaved heavy rocks during her underwater workout in the idyllic spot in Honolulu.

 

Photographer Jessica Ann Keolaonalani Bacerra, from Hawaii, has been interested in underwater photography for the past 18 months.
Mirror Online reports that she captured the amazing snaps on camera.

"Everyone in Hawaii does underwater rock runs and underwater rock lifting," she said. "I've never seen anyone use actual weights in the water – I thought it would be an original concept.

"It was a tricky shoot – the barbell and plates weight 65 pounds, and the model carried her duffle bag with clothing, towels and other props while I had my swim and camera gear.

"It took an hour and a half of swimming, diving, lifting and positioning ourselves to get all the shots. The underwater gym pictures were very difficult to set up, but I'm so pleased with how they turned out – I love them all."
