Dowen College: Late Sylvester Oromoni’s Father Visits Lagos SCIID To Report His Death

The father of 12-year-old Dowen college student,  Sylvester Oromoni has visited the State Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department (SCIID) in Yaba on Wednesday, December 8 to officially report the death of his son who died after he was allegedly assaulted by his seniors in the institution.

Mr Oromoni who was accompanied by some persons believed to be his family members as well as lawyers from Falana and Falana Chambers, arrived at the SCIID office on Wednesday morning.

Upon his arrival, the aggrieved father registered his presence at the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, State CIID, Fayoade Adegoke, before heading to the Homicide Section of the department to write his statement.

His visit comes as authorities at the Lagos State Police Command conclude plan to carry out a post-mortem on late Sylvester’s body in Delta State.
