He is lying there in broad daylight because he has been left unattended to after he was hit by a motorcyclist at Ebutte Metta West Lagos this afternoon.
A twitter user @10taclesNG broke shared the photos on his handle. Acording to him, the man is still alive and deserved the attention of pedestrians who simply walked by.
