It was gathered that Oba Olaniyan whose domain is in Ifelodun local government area of the state died on Sunday at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi-Araba, Lagos State.

Daily Post reprots that the popular Osun monarch, Oba Rauf Olaniyan Ajiboye Olaigbo VIII, the Elende of Eko-Ende has passed away.

It was gathered that Oba Olaniyan whose domain is in Ifelodun local government area of the state died on Sunday at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi-Araba, Lagos State.

The traditional ruler reportedly died after a brief illness.
