SHAMELESS: American Teacher Nabbed For Sexually Abusing a Female Student

A US teacher has been arraigned in court for sexually abusing one of her students.

According to reports from detectives that investigated her case, Lauren H. Mitchell, 32, who is married invited the young girl to her matrimonial home to administer oral sex to her.

Mitchell who teaches at Dr. Lena Edwards Academic Charter School in Jersey City, was arrested last Friday and charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Mitchell is locked up in Bergen County Jail. She goes to court on July 7. Her bail has been set at $150, 000. This may be difficult for her to raise due to her financial limitation as a mere high school teacher.
