The post, shared by a political-themed page, claimed that Okoronkwo had praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing him as “caring, kind, with a great sense of humour,” while encouraging Nigerians to “fall in love with him” if they met him in person.

 

“I saw a completely different person. Caring, kind, with a great sense of humour. He is nothing like what they say. If you meet him, you’ll definitely fall in love with him. May the President succeed.” The viral post reads

 

Reacting on her Instagram page, the star shared a screenshot of the post denying making such a statement.

 

“Abeg when did I talk this one?” she wrote accompanied by a facepalm emoji.

 

The viral claim sparked mixed reactions online, with fans expressing support for the football star and slamming the page for spreading false information.
