Jealous President Obama's Aide Shoots at Cheating Boyfriend After Luring Him Over With Sex

 

A President Obama's aide at the White House has been arrested and placed on unpaid leave after allegedly grabbing her boyfriend's gun and shooting at him during a tense argument. The 37-year old Barvetta Singletary, a special assistant to the President and the House legislative affairs liaison was arrested on Friday after the alleged incident.

 

 

The incident unfolded on Friday when Singletary summoned her boyfriend, a Capitol Hill police officer, via text, asking him to come to her home in Upper Marlboro, Maryland for sex. Afterwards Singletary asked her boyfriend about another woman he was dating.

 

She then asked him to step outside and they both went to his car. While inside the car, she asked to see his two cellphones. When he refused, she grabbed them and his duty weapon out of a bag and ran back inside her home as he followed. She fired one round and the officer fled her house and called police. Singletary was arrested without incident, authorities said.

 

She was released from jail on Monday after posting a $75,000 bond, was charged with domestic violence and also had her access to the White House revoked.
