This is a 1940 throwback picture of the late Emir of Katsina and his aides on a visit to the United Kingdom.

Sir Usman Nagogo dan Muhammadu Dikko was the Emir of Katsina from May 19, 1944 till his death on March 18, 1981. He traveled to the United Kingdom with his aides and they were photographed being impressed at a traffic light.
