A Ugandan woman has placed an advert in one the country's National dailies, warning potential land buyers against transacting business with her husband.
In the newspaper advert, Mugunga Jane Frances Namisango warned buyers not to buy land from her husband, Mugunga Emmanuel Freddie, without her consent.
The advert has now gone viral.
*Caveat Emptor is Latin for "Let the buyer beware."
