Abomination! 40-year-old Man Sexually Abuses His 7-year-old Daughter

 

According to the Vanguard, one Emeka Oguzie, 40 could be headed to jail if found guilty of the allegation of sexually abusing his 7-year old daughter whose names have been withheld for security purposes.

 

Reports have it that the accused inserted his finger into the vagina of the minor. He is currently being remanded in prison by the order of a Lagos State Magistrate Court sitting in Ogba in the Ikeja Magisterial District pending on when the court proceeding are concluded.

According to the prosecution, the suspect committed the alleged offence at Suite 37, Ojokoro Housing Estate, Meiran in the Ikeja Magisterial District.

The two count charge prepared against the defendant read: “That you Emeka Okuzie, sometime in September 2015, did, unlawfully and indecently, deal with one (names with held) 7-year-old by manipulation her and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 135 (1 and 2) of the Criminal Law II,Vol 44 Laws of Lagos State Nigeria, 2011.

The prosecution further alleged that the defendant conducted himself in a manner likely to cause breach of the peace in the area. His plea was not taken. The case has been adjourned to a future date.
