Reports making the rounds have revealed an issue that transpired between the former first lady, Patience Jonathan and the wife of the President, Aisha Buhari yesterday.

Going by reports making the rounds, Patience Jonathan delayed Aisha Buhari from disembarking at the presidential wing of the Abuja airport as the former first lady's jet was landing. The incident allegedly occurred on Sunday, September 20.

Aisha Muhammadu Buhari was said to be returning from Kano after her condolence visit to the family of late AIG Ibrahim Babankowa. The First Lady had to taxi on ground because the presidential wing was occupied by Goodluck Jonathan’s wife.

Although the report is making waves in different sources, official comments are yet to be provided on the matter.

It should be recalled that over the weekend Mrs Buhari visited Dolapo Osinbajo to mourn the demise of Hannah Idowu Dideolu Awolowo, the grandmother of the vice president’s wife.
