Belgium have secured a resounding 2:0 win over England to finish the World Cup 2018 in third place.

Belgium have beaten England 2-0 in the World Cup third-place playoff.

The highly anticipated match was played in Saint Petersburg on Saturday.

Thomas Meunier opened the scoring in the fourth minute and Eden Hazard doubled the lead in the 82nd minute to secure Belgium’s best-ever finish at a World Cup.
