Tottenham Hotspur will be without five key players when they take on Premier League leaders, Liverpool at home on Saturday due to injuries.
Jose Mourinho’s side made this known in a statement on the club’s official website on Friday.
Spurs head to the game following a 1-0 defeat against Southampton in their last Premier League encounter.
The statement read: “Left-back Ben Davies (ankle) and midfielder Tanguy Ndombele (hip) are continuing with on-field rehabilitation from their respective injuries, while goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is training outdoors and completing the final stages of his rehabilitation following his elbow injury.
“Midfielder Moussa Sissoko is recovering following knee surgery earlier this week.
“As reported yesterday, striker Harry Kane is to undergo surgery to repair a ruptured tendon in his left hamstring.”
The kick-off time for the match is 6.30 pm Nigeria time.
