A white lesbian woman identiied Mayra Gavilanez-Alectus 48 has beaten her partner, 32-year-old black woman, Rebecca Gavilanez-Alectus to death with a wine chiller in New Jersey, US, police said on Tuesday.

The duo were married.

Officials are now hunting for Mayra Gavilanez-Alectus, 48, the victim’s wife and her suspected killer.
“Further investigation ultimately determined that Mayra Gavilanez-Alectus did, in fact, cause the victim’s death,” officials said.

She faces multiple charges, including murder. However, authorities said she is presently considered a fugitive.

“Our focus now is to find Mayra Gavilanez-Alectus and bring her into custody,” Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.

In a recent Facebook post, Mayra praised her wife in a gushing Mother’s Day tribute.

“I truly blessed that you are my wife,” she wrote. “Happy Mother’s Day Mi Amor!!”
