Hollywood Star, Boyega Shows Support For EndSARS Protest

A Popular Hollywood star has taken to Twitter to call for the end of police brutality.

A Hollywood star has thrown his support for the #EndSARSProtest going on in different states of Nigeria.

The protest is against police brutality especially the notorious Special Anti-robbery Squad of the Nigerian police known for its brutality, extortion and killing of innocent youths.

Award winning British-Nigerian Hollywood actor: John Adedayo Bamidele Adegboyega joined other stars abroad to voice his support for the #EndSarsMovement.

He took to Twitter and wrote:

Three years ago Nigeria’s police chief re-organised SARS after public condemnation about the violence that came with their operations. That change has done nothing for Nigerians and today many are still in danger. #EndSarsProtests

We can’t simply enjoy Banana island every December without noticing the concrete wall placed between Nigerians and their potential. The limitations become unbearable for them and this needs serious attention. #EndSARSProtest

The youth in Nigeria deserve good leadership and guidance. This situation is tied to many other issues. Please lend your attention to this pressing problem! #EndSARSImmediately #EndSarsProtests #EndSARS #EndSARSProtest
