A comparison has been made of U.S. President Barack Obama's first and last state of the union address and it will tell you a lot about the man's job.

It is obvious that being the president of the most powerful country is one of the toughest jobs in the world and it indeed has it's toll on the individual.

One can clearly see the grey hair covering the man's head. There is no doubt that his job has taken a great toll on him.
