Kayode Adebowale Emerges New Vice Chancellor Of University Of Ibadan

Professor Kayode Adebowale has emerged as the new Vice Chancellor of University of Ibadan.

A former National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Chief John Oyegun announced Professor Kayode Adebowale as the new Vice-Chancellor.

Oyegun made this announcement on Thursday.

The tenure of the immediate VC, Professor Idowu Olayinka expired on November 30th, 2020.

The institution appointed acting VC, Professor Babatunde Ekanola, due to the failure of the stakeholders to appoint a substantive VC.
