Governor Wike Absent As Okowa Is Unveiled PDP VP Nominee (Video)

Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike was absent at the PDP secretariat where the party's Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, this afternoon unveiled Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as his running mate in the 2023 Presidential election.

Governor Wike was a strong contender in the race for the VP slot.

His name alongside Okowa and Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom were submitted to Atiku for selection.
