Nigerian singer/songwriter, Djinee has lamented about the hardship faced by Nigerians in the country.

He stated that money doesn't increase the quality of life in Nigeria following the heavy flooding in Lagos due to rain.

In a series of tweets, Djinee stated that he spent over 16 hours outside his home because of the rainfall on Saturday July 9.

He stated that the country is not working as Lagos state has become so capitalist that no thought has been given to urban planning.

He also took a swipe at those taking sides with the government despite the sufferings Nigerians face.
