Any Police Officer Who Slaps Or Flogs You Has Committed An Offence - Police Spokesperson, Adejobi Tells Nigerians

CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, has passed a message to Nigerians.

The police spokesperson explained that any officer who flogs or slaps a citizen has committed an offence of assault.

He stated this while replying a Twitter user mentioned to him that police officers slap Nigerians.
