Erica Nlewedim, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, has spoken up about politics.

The BBNaija star says she will no longer stay away from politics.

Erica explained that the advice to celebrities to has always been to stay away from politics because they are the ones who will be used as "scapegoats".

However, she believes that this should not be the case anymore because things are getting worse. 

She said celebrities have been staying away from politics and "the situation has been getting worse".

"I'm no longer staying away," she added.
