Bayern Munich Director Makes Confession About Mane

Hasan Salihamidzic, the Bayern Munich sporting director, has spoken about Sadio Mane.

He admitted that Mane, the forward, still needs ‘time’ to get used to the Bundesliga.

Mane got off to a fast start with Bayern Munich, scoring three goals in his first three Bundesliga games.

However, the Senegal international failed to score in his last five games, including two blanks in the Champions League before the international break.

And Salihamidzic has now revealed that he regularly speaks with Mane, who he described as one of the best players in the world.

Speaking on Mane’s situation at Bayern, Salihamidzic told Bild: “Sadio still needs a bit of time. He has to get used to the Bundesliga, but he will – I speak regularly with him.

“Sadio is one of the best players in the world, we will still have a lot of joy with him.”

Mane joined Bayern Munich from Liverpool during the summer transfer window.
