I Am A Survivor – Man Says After Finding Out That The Event His Girlfriend Travelled To Attend Was Her Traditional Wedding

A Nigerian man has described himself as a survivor after his girlfriend secretly wedded another man.

According to him, the girl informed him that she was going to an event, but refused to divulge more details about the event.

He later found out that she went for her traditional wedding and hid her marriage from him.

Sharing his story via Twitter, he said:

“This may sound like banter but it isn’t. If your Igbo babe randomly travels to the east for an ‘event’ with minimal explanation, that’s her traditional wedding. How do I know? I’m a survivor.”
