Court Nullifies Two APC Assembly Primaries In Yobe

Delivering the judgement, Justice Fadima Aminu directed the APC to conduct fresh primary elections for the affected positions within 14 days.

Two primary elections for State House of Assembly conducted by the All Progressives Congress in Yobe state have been nullified.

The Federal High Court sitting in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital nullified the exercise on Wednesday.

Delivering the judgement, Justice Fadima Aminu directed the APC to conduct fresh primary elections for the affected positions within 14 days.

The affected constituencies are Fika/Ngalfa and Jaskusko.
